Description
Supercoil smoke curtains feature a width of 50 m and drop length of 9.5 m in one piece, offering 0% leakage within the overlapping area. To seal openings caused by pressure load in boundary areas, the system provides special side guides with rods to ensure a correct fitting creating 0% smoke leakage in the boundary area.
Supercoil is engineered for highest time classifications in case of fire load up to 600 0C (D) and 1,100°C (ETK curve – DH). No fire-resistant cables are necessary; therefore, the system only requires the ‘Gravigen’ drive unit to reduce the complexity for the installation. The smoke curtain closes to the floor level and provides an escape door in case of fire. In restricted areas, we can combine Stripecoil with technology of Supercoil to allow persons to pass.
