Architects and space planners will unleash their creativity with our Fibershield-S sectional textile fire curtain system. Fibershield-S is available in rectangular, or polygon shape, with angles between 30° and 150°. This textile fire protection curtain provides flexibility to architects to design open plan spaces that do not require columns or corner posts.
Fibershield-S is often used to close off stairs and elevators to prevent the spread of fire from floor to floor. In case of fire, Fibershield-S creates a space for an automatic fire-retarding seal where pillars are not necessary. The system is enhanced with a folding technology so when it closes, it seals all openings. The system is equipped with ‘Gravigen’ drive system that allows the control of the speed at which the curtain closes.
