Description
To achieve complex conveyor systems, ECClos-K combines a robust and safe gate solution with a collar. ECClos-K is tested and approved for constuction for continuous circular conveyor, Power & Free systems, cross chain conveyor and similar. The rail is integrable with horizontal closing direction, therefore free floor area.
To safely shield continuous circular conveyors, ECClos-K system uses intumescent collars which makes it ideal for the passage of several conveyor lines. This closure system is extremely robust as it is designed using a sandwich construction totally encapsulated by sheet metal casing as well as calcium silicate boards all around.
ECClos-K is delivered in compact segments that are easy to assemble. It has a horizontal closing direction or vertical from bottom. Furthermore, system is engineered with intumescent sleeves that enable the sealing of the continuous circle conveyor.
