Description
ECClos-D is a swing-door closure with double leaf and working as a space saving fire protection closure. The swing gate is engineered either with or without sheet steel cladding. The steel or aluminum rails passing through the conveyor system (including power rails) are encapsulated and sealed off with two semi-circular integrated collars.
ECClos-D is tested with thermally unseparated, continuous conveyor profile such as continuous belt conveyors, roller conveyors and suspension chain conveyors. The gate closure is operated with electric rail system and can be operated manually. Furthermore, thermal separation of the rail is not required.
This double-leaf swing door closure is also suitable for electrical overhead tracks, circular conveyors as well as power and free systems. The system is also engineered to have no restriction around the conveying rail.
